In all honesty, I try to do about an hour a day for both reddit and win. I use a few keyboard macros to do responses that are typical.
It does get brutal when everyone starts freaking out and reporting each other though. Then I just have to try and prioritize certain things, and then pick additional time to work on going through the queue.
Win is a problem because there's no automod, but Reddit is a problem because the rules are so fucking byzantine and unwritten that anything could be a violation that endangers the sub over nothing.
We just had a comment removed from one of the pro-vax Leftists because he was engaging in satire against someone else's 'vax hesitancy'.
