If it isn’t an “identified position” (i.e women-only, or blacks-only), AND they don’t only hire… Certain groups on the sneaky (i.e. unofficially), which I have seen happen SO MANY TIMES, now, in this country, then it sounds pretty damn sweet…
You know they are only doing this because they fired all the “unjabbed” drivers and staff, though… 😑
Regarding PPL, though: it hasn’t, and doesn’t, work, anywhere it has been tried, to increase birthrates…
In current era, things like this, the “baby bonus” - you cannot “encourage” women into having children, by throwing money at them. Time and time again, it has been shown to not fucking work…
The only way around it, the only way, at this point, would be to literally pay women to be mothers, full-time and long-term, or, I dunno, a reverse of early-20th-century policy, where you are only allowed to work if you are married and have already popped out a kid or two..?
Which will literally never happen.
The only way our society survives past 2100 is if the entire current…Way of doing things is torn down, and women go back to raising children. Not necessarily wanting to raise children, but being willing or obligated to, as in the past. Otherwise… The past few centuries of social “progress”, and perhaps beyond, will be extinguished by our own exceptionally selfish ignorance of our biological needs as a species…
