No, and thank God. Universities absolutely hollow out communities. Everyone who lives in the neighborhood leaves and rents out their old property, or sells the property to a rental agency. Then the kids & frats basically wreck the place, smash bottles on the street, and cause a fuck ton of ruckus every thursday, friday, saturday, and sunday night. The mornings are filled with girls walking 'home' in the walk of shame, a dumb kid passed out on lawn/roof/gutter, and homeless people collecting all the cans.
