In a way, she isn't wrong, it is just that the power grab is not what she thinks it is. The USSC just let the federal government dictate to health care workers that they can be forced to take an injection as a condition of employment.
What I predict will happen from this is that parts of the medical care industry will start to divest itself from dealing with Medicare and Medicaid patients, and won't take that money. Concierge care is already a growing industry, with doctors and hospitals that don't take insurance of any kind, freeing themselves from the strings that come with accepting 3rd party payment.
Our current employee provided health care system is derived from the wage controls FDR implemented for WWII, where employers had to find a way to compete for workers outside of wages. So, they started to offer health insurance to attract employees.
Health insurance needs to be actual insurance again, something you use in a life altering event that you can't plan for, like cancer or a heart attack.
The foundations for Medicare and Medicaid were laid during the Civil War of Northern Aggression. We've been sliding downhill longer than anyone alive can remember - and the same was true when the oldest living American was a teenager.

It's already happened, on a smaller scale. There's a reason that a bunch of doctors don't take medicare/medicade, because the reimbursement rates are too low to actually cover procedures and the paperwork is too much. I do hope this just accelerates the move in that direction.
