I'm not sure if it's meant to block also the coming enforcement for the medical personnel (and the health minister is an absolutely retarded Covidian zealot who says he wants to fire all who won't do it despite the critical shortages of personnel), the planned for the teachers (and the education minister is opposing it), and the military and the police. Of course the mass media are hysterizing and lying in our faces.
