That is a good point that I mirror. Giant companies are all in favor of diversity and crap, for one they are to big to fail and they can easily claim diversity when you have a large part of the company in India.
I would not be surprised if the company I work for is more then half Indians.
Small companies can't afford diversity hires, this was a problem with startups from leftists.
I mean that affirmative action hires tend to be very lazy and underperformed. I speak from experience here.

Recently this happened to a company in my city. They started hiring lots of women. They ended up cutting 70% of their employees a year later just to stay afloat.
I happen to know a girl that works there, the other girls were so used to having guys do their work or at least help them out that they just could not do the work. They were also complaining that people were mean and this never happens in larger companies :))

It’s not just affording the hires, it is affording compliance with the regulations. Leftists use regulation as a means of stifling competition.
