I know we get complaints every now and then that nobody talks about gaming anymore, but anyone is free to post about games.
I've been playing Skyrim since it came out in 2011 and originally had it on PS3. Then I got the special edition on PS4 since it had mods (unfortunately I didn't realize that Sony screwed over playstation users when it came to mods). I got a gaming laptop when my other one broke and now I play it with so many mods I spend more time doing quests in new territories.
Anyway, as much as I love the game I always felt that the Civil War kind of felt unfinished. I always played as the empire and there is no mission to drive out the Thalmor nor is there a moot to decide a new ruler. I have played the Civil War with the mod that restores it to what it was originally supposed to be so that was fun. My question is do you think that the civil war will play any role in any side quests in Elder Scrolls 6? With the Thalmor it sounds like their reach extends past Skyrim.
Although since each Elder Scrolls game takes place years later, I still think the effects of the civil war will play into the game somehow.
I always sided with the Empire.
For those people asking why? Well, I realize I'd do the same if I were in their position, so I don't fault them at all, nothing personal.
Now, that doesn't mean I support banning Talos worship, in fact, I'd press the Stormcloaks back into the imperial legion to remove the Thalmor and restore the Empire. Make the Empire Great again. Perhaps even one day retake the rogue province of Summerset Isles, I will contend to not call it Alinor for now.
Ulfric? I got nothing against him, I don't even pay attention to him at all. I find Tullius rather straightforward but shortsighted. Unfortunately that'll have to do due to the game railroading.
