And they're going to find that there just aren't enough interested to meet their quotas. Horses and water, and all that. It's happened before. It's not a glass wall, it's just that those of us willing to do such work are the oddballs. The only way you're going to fill those quotas is to link those jobs to the welfare rolls, and tell the long-termers "take this job or lose your benefits".
