Because you're wasting efforts that could be invested in things that are much more constructive.
Like what?
Locally helping your family/community
Cooking, actual food not some instant shit, either for you or your kin
Owning/renting a small garden and tending to a vegetable garden
Making a proper physique through non-memey routines (rowing machine is a must)
Having a decent sleep
Casting your own bullets, sizing and powder coating them
Making your own ammunition
Training with your gear
etc, etc...
