The working world, when it was male dominant, was 100x more fun to work in. Guys could "shoot-the-shit" with each other, say whatever they wanted and competitiveness was seen as fun not as "toxic". The work environment when it was male dominant made people better because the men would compete with one another and strive to improve. Work was actually a lot more "fun" and in some ways it was a "safe-space" for men to get away from all the drama and toxicity that existed in their personal lives.
Women have utterly destroyed the workplace. Men's lives are inarguably much worse with women in the workplace. Nothing good has come of this.
Women create rules and procedures that are independent and frequently counteract against productivity. Subverting not only the ability of employees to produce efficiently, things like HR departments are a parasite that drains a company of time and resources
HR gestapo, and diversity departments have little if anything to do with product and don't create anything for an organization but bloat and red tape. They are a direct result of Women entering the workforce, since everything had to be safe and ideologically sanitary to accommodate them.
Can women participate in businesses? Of course they can. But men's ability to compete cannot be kneecapped in the process. That mentality is a hard net negative for the entire economy
I don’t believe you can have one without the other. That’s just a fact of life. Think of the military. The moment you admit women, everything changes. The atmosphere, the standards, the expectations. You can’t expect everyone to give their best when the women’s best is the average man’s worst.
