Same. Not only do they favor other Indians they cover for them and give themselves awards.
I had a good friend leave the company over something like this, my friend, white male was doing a project with this Indian dude, the Indian dude messed the project and my friend had to spend the next 2 weeks fixing up his mess, did overtime and even worked over the weekends.
At the end of the project the Indian got an award and he did not, he was then also passed over for a promotion. He then left, it was clear that the company had no future for him.
I would leave as well but my side of the project is not under Indian managers.
I've also notice that they tend to buff their metrics and then cover for themselves since there are also Indians who do the verifications, Indians who do the awards, Indians who do the reiewes etc.
I like how white people are the racists ones while whites are the only ones that actually go easier on non-white people.
