People forget the aristocracy is alive and well in the US. These cushy government jobs that pay out the ass with platinum healthcare packages is where most of our “spending” budget goes each year. Create a new program, put in political appointees, pay it forward. then when the politicians retire into executive level corporation positions they call back to the people they put in positions of power.
