Prosecution better be doing a good job at pushing charges to sink him for life at this point. I have little doubt at this point the entire incident was an accident. If he was fleeing a situation, he had done so by the point he arrived at the parade.

Wasn't the suspect out on some laughably cheap parole from just the day prior... for running over a woman with his car?
