They don't think they're responsible for controlling their emotions. I mean, they think wearing a MAGA hat is provocation.

Explains why they love Islam so much. If she didn't want to get raped, she shouldn't have provoked my boner by not wearing a hijab! If they didn't want to get shot, they shouldn't have provoked us by publishing cartoons!
