When you are easily entertained and quickly bored by everything with very limited motor skills picking at your clothes or long hair is a constant source of entertainment. I find it hard to believe that a baby of onesie wearing age understands the concept of what a dress is, and if they undo these 2 snaps that they then have a dress.
