And yes, in the case where the dog (probably) ended up dying, the guilt that I… Didn’t do more, still sits with me.

Trust me, you don’t forget these things. The regret and guilt doesn’t go away. You just vow to do more, and do better, next time.

But if you focus on those things too much, it kills you inside (and/or gives you a chronic illness, apparently, in my case, ahahahaha 😒). Would not recommend…
