The fact that they even allowed him to conduct a media interview during an active trial is total horseshit. Jurors go home and watch the news and shit. Grounds for tampering.

They dont care if a mistrial gets declared. The ADAs, remember these aren't the actual DA, get to further their political careers by saying this is a gross miscarriage of justice.

Worst case scenario they get Toobins job.
