Dear oh dear. Some of you need to watch how easily “triggered” you are by someone merely questioning your “self-identified national greatness”…
I don’t respond this way when you critique my country, or my background, or anything else. Get a grip, gun-weirdos. No one’s coming for your fucking assault rifles.
Downvote me all you want. Your “posing with guns” schtick is, no matter how you may deny it to yourselves, utterly, utterly bizarre…
Yikes!!! Your take on the matter is super emotional, and low IQ. It’s about keeping the second amendment/big R God given human rights, and having the ability to own, and use modern sporting rifles to help do so, normal in our country. Whether you agree with it, and/or like it or not, it still is, and we’d like to keep it that way. I can tell by your emotional reaction, and use of the term of assault rifle, you are deeply brainwashed. Keeping the image of Americans owning, and using one of the most, common, basic, and widely owned firearms in our country for SELF DEFENSE purposes is not for looking “bad ass”. It’s about not allowing the Bolshevicks to move the Overton window any further when, and where possible.
I hate to say it, but to an outsider… Your country is weird.
Like, I’m not against guns, but… The polarized virtue signalling on both sides, a la this photo and Tweet is, uhh, disconcerting…
It’s uniquely American, though. That’s for sure. Gotta give you that one…
