It's going to start with something simple like your real identity being associated with your online presence. They have talked about this openly already and once some key infrastructure gets shut down by 'hackers' and inconveniences everyone, they will easily get it in the name of 'safety' from 'cyber terrorism'.
Just this little step alone will make a vast number of cucks self censor themselves. People get doxxed, harassed and fired for wrong think already.
