McAuliffe brought in Marc Elias. This asswipe has been fingers deep in election fraud for 20+ years. He was in the thick during the Florida "recount" as well as key in Al Franken's Senate seat cheat. He's also ex-Clinton & Perkins-Coie associated. Nothing to see here as far as why McAuliffe brought him in, to steal.
