Why waste able-bodied men who should be in combat roles by putting them behind a desk?
Women are better in Healthcare roles like nursing, communications (so long as it's not an authoritative role) and are no less capable than men in logistics, assuming it's no job that requires them to push pull or carry shit.
I meant 'Better capable in this field than in others' , not necessarily 'better than men'.
Not every nurse needs to be a woman. Women and men both have strengths in the medical field. Women have taken the nursing role in combat since time immemorial, because men are best put to work elsewhere. Obviously having a number of male nurses for the heavy lifting is required, but most of those other medics are best put to use taking care of injuries on the Frontline.
What even happens to get you violent patients in a combat ward, anyway? Extreme shellshock?
I'm fine with women in support roles like communications, healthcare and logistics. Keep them out of combat roles, though. They simply cannot keep up.
