Volition has gone woke for a while though. They started talking about listening to Anita Sarkeesian's feedback after she criticized Saints Row 2, so Saints Row 3 was toned WAY down in terms of being crass and masculine. Since then their games have just been getting more and more woke, with Agents of Mayhem basically being "Diversity: The Game", and despite it bombing bad it looks like they're stuck in that cycle of wokeness.
This Saints Row reboot is even more woke than Agents of Mayhem, and I didn't think anything could top a game featuring lesbian soldiers and female Muslim ninjas.
