Osaka and Tokyo have Proud Boy chapters who get politically active... they swung 2 typically left areas in Osaka

Yep. If you can find it, Tarrio did a livestream after the 2nd or 3rd DC rally, the one before the 6th, and he mentions someone from the Japanese PB is with him and their site lists Tokyo and Osaka as having groups there.
