Rape is one of those crimes that's about enforcing social hierarchy more than anything, just like domestic violence and hate crimes. All this shit would be illegal anyway, but if the victim is in a higher caste than the suspect they make it a special category subject to extreme punishments that the equivalent (non caste based) crime isn't. It's why no one gives a shit if a woman rapes or commits domestic violence against a man. Same with physical/sexual violence between homosexuals. It's also why hate crime charges in response to whites being victimized are close to nonexistent.

Troons are the highest caste with the possible exception of Muslims. They get a free pass to rape, because like I said it's about enforcing social hierarchy. The one upside to Biden importing hordes of goat fuckers is that they'll do something about the tranny problem, and the leftists might just give them a "culture" pass on it.
