I am struggling to think what 'jargon' could possibly obfuscate giving the studio ownership of the video and accepting a flat payment for the work. I can't envision any scenario in which she could have been lead to believe that she owned the video filmed on the studio's equipment, and sold to the studio's customers. That's just total no brainer stuff.
