tl;dr
A German group of actors and artist created a media campaign critical of the government's Corona response (e.g. lockdowns, fearmongering, impact on children, etc).
Youtube deleted some of their videos because "muh medical misinformation". The group sued Youtube and got an injunction declaring the censorship to be illegal.
The censorship in Germany is really bad (with illegal opinions and all that), but at least courts have held that tech monopolies can't arbitrarily decide to censor speech that is legal there.
