Im all for a women doing any job she qualifies for.

But not for quotas, different standards, or policy to make a work environment "more welcoming".

Do away with sexual harassment and discrimination laws and everything will balance out.

How could women gain money they didnt work for/destroy their ex who works in the same building and ruin his life/damage some man's career for flirting with her while being too ugly without sexual harassment law?
