What would happen if the alphabet soup'ers actually got something to be afraid of, rather than made up stuff?

Also, I can't take serious anyone who says like 'super scared' and such as?

The soup had reason to fear AIDS. In response, they continued to fuck around at glory holes and bath houses and in parks with strangers.
