I know this is your job and your livelyhood. Maybe you have a family to take care of. Consider this: do you just want to sneak by, and try to get an exemption of some kind? Even if you get one, how long do you think it will be before they circle around and make you do it anyway?
You're right, you are losing the battle because you are not willing to fight. The fighting move is to refuse. Tell them why. Make it known to your fellow employees. Tell them you plan to do your job to the best of your ability as you always have, but you won't comply with their attempt to enforce medical tyranny. I'll bet many of your coworkers feel the same as you do. You standing up may encourage them to. If it doesn't, at least you retained your dignity.
The time to fight is now. We still have a chance if enough people resist.
I plan to do as I've advised, but my situation is probably different from yours. Ask yourself where the line is for you, because it's going to keep pushing back until you stop it.
This will not end. There is no end. The next step is mandatory booster shots. After that, mandatory booster shot passes. And after that, micro-chipping.
Some people who have already received their first jab are saying they don't want the mandatory booster shots, but they've already complied and so it's harder to resist each incremental step toward totalitarianism.
People who eke by this time by not getting the shot will have a harder time next time, and so on and so forth.
Better to make a stand now while there is still room to resist, rather than begging tyrants for your freedom later.

This is the right advice.

People like to say give an inch and they'll take a mile.
