Fantasy, not alternative history or dystopia. Impossible for Blacks to get their act together because of genetics. It's a fantasy too many people still hold onto like it was ever a real possibility and not just something fun to think about. It's a fantasy that must be let go of. In a way though, granted all it's resources and how much China and the west like said resources, it would be interesting in said fantasy to see how that would effect world economies and production.
