We all know about Bitchute etc, but what about platforms with non-political content?

Another vote for Odysee. The quality is quite good and the selection of content is much more diverse, as mentioned.

Another thing I like is that it takes “credits” to post videos to Odysee which I think keeps the low quality AI created content at bay.
