Ironic as biology is the most "equal" of the sciences, with women making up a not insignificant portion of it. Which is why it was so easy to subvert from the top, and then drip down into medicine from there.

Proving as always, an institution's worth of respect and the truth to its claims can be measured almost entirely on how many women are in it.
