For what it's worth Texas looks very tempting, so if I ever make the jump at least I will be one of the red migrants. The biggest temptation is the culture, mindset, and much better cost of living compared to California and I love how your state government is set up. The weather is scary, but if things keep devolving here I think I can put up with that.
