I’m honestly Surprised. But not sure why. I wanted elder to win but I figured at least they were fed up with the race garbage, Covid hysteria, and glorification of criminality amongst other things. Guess I was wrong
I've said it before, but I'll say it again. We are experiencing mass psychosis.
The problems we are having in California are too big to be ignored, but the Democrat voters can't make the connection from the policies they vote for, and the results of those policies. They cast their vote to be on the Right Side of History, not to solve real problems.
We are fucked.
Worse, they have power in their hands and they enjoy wielding it. They see how it can be applied to their opponents and they like it. It's hard to conclude anything else when the wall of silence from the moderate democrats continues to hold, and they continue quietly supporting their crazies. It's not just willful ignorance anymore.
And if what I'm saying isn't true, boy would it be nice if some of these guys actually spoke up for once and stood up for what they believe.
Nobody went to the polls, they mailed out ballots to everybody in the state, and had drop off boxes all over for weeks. I voted at the poll, was a ghost town at 4PM.
Well CA is very left. I just figured they were sick if it all by this point.
Most of us are trained not to vote in these things
Fully agree. there should have been more libs pissed off at him for the lockdowns that ruined their businesses.
Even if Newson was recalled I didn't expect Elder to win. He's too dogmatic and uncompromising in his presentation of his ideals. He's 100% right, but he comes across as an angry dad which pretty much guarantees the California crowd would reject him.
Good points. But I thought at least they would’ve had enough of Newsome
