Edit: Here's Norm on The View doing a bit about Bill Clinton killing a guy and getting all the hens to cluck.

Edit 2: Full (7 minute) clip. Way better; halfway through he gets a "call" like he's supposed to stop talking. Includes a bit about Bill Cosby: "there has never been any accusations about Bill Cosby, about anything"
