TL;DR: Harvard professor runs blind CV test so women are not disadvantaged by unconscious bias only to reveal there already is unconscious bias in favor of women, so after 6 months they stopped the test! "Women are wonderful" hypothesis proven once again. There is no bias against women, benevolent sexism is a thing.

The point that this "doesn't prove them wrong" and is likely set up intentionally to push their agenda.
This study says "it isn't that hiring managers are sexist, but rather are victims of institutional sexism spanning generations".
