On the one hand I think you're right. On the other hand less/harder travel opens the door for more localism which could be a good thing. So it's unclear if that could actually work out in our favor.
Yeah going to smaller, more local and independent governments is exactly what we need right now. That way individuals can actually make a difference and we're not depending on the corrupt federal leaders or corrupt leaders in foreign nations.
