That's a given. The Wachowski brothers are both trans and at least one of them is a massive leftist.

My bets:

Trinity turns out to be trans.
They redefine the whole red pill/blue pill thing to spite the right.
Neo becomes a side character, replaced by a hip, new and diverse cast.
