I wouldn't worry too much, most smaller countries tend to like American stuff even if they deny it when asked (that's why most American movies and content in general does GREAT in overseas markets).
Meh you don't really want that audience. They mostly care about soccer, alcohol and food. The bilingual crowd is where is at, people who take the time to learn other useful languages. Don't bother translating it, most translation services are quite woke.
English is the language of the world atm, as was French quite a few years ago lol.
People who had money in those times all spoke at least some french or German (since the best schools in Latin America where from those 2 countries, followed by British schools in more recent years).
