They will eventually be sued for this. If there isn't already a law in their jurisdiction making it an actual crime.

Companies are compelled to hire females to avoid lawsuits and/or criminal charges. The good companies try to hustle them off into a corner where they do the least amount of damage. Many encourage them to work from home to avoid the inevietable sexual harassment lawsuits and other random trouble they cause.
