Fratelli d'Italia ("far right" wannabes led by a woman I don't trust) leads the way with 21% of the votes projected. Lega Nord is behind them with 19.5%, which is the party I'd personally support. They have tried to fight vaccine rules in Italy and should be the winners to show the world vaccines aren't popular.
Behind them is the left-wing clusterfuck that is the PD (Draghi's supporters) with an inexplicable 19.2% projected vote and behind them is the Five Star Movement, led by the former PM Conte. They have 16.1% projected vote.
Everyone else is completely worthless and should be ignored entirely.
This is a recent thing. FdI couldn't win a raffle before this year. The only reason you'd vote for them is if you lived in a Southern area, because Lega Nord used to be a Northern Italy separatist party so will never win in the South.
They went with left wing populists (Five Star) and right wing populists (Lega Nord) in the last election, it caused a clusterfuck that eventually collapsed, leading to Draghi being installed.
I hope that people there aren't stupid enough to vote Five Star again, but PM Conte was fairly popular. If he comes out against vaccine mandates, they might win. Their social policies will be retarded, but I think the #1 issue is the vax right now.
Berlusconi's Forza Italia has 7% of the projected vote. They probably won't matter, but there are certain situations where they could be key to preventing a pro-vax leftist being installed. Not sure if he's still running, given he's old enough to have seen the actual far-right Italy.
If they are needed, expect some pro-corporate policy. Bailouts for large Italian businesses, less restrictions on banks.
A poor result in the local elections can scare the PD and Draghi into backing down on the vaccine - but that has to be followed by a heavy defeat in the general, because they can't be re-elected ever after this. The world has to send a message.
A local election is on the way, current polling :
