There's absolutely zero reason that soldiers shouldn't be able to retain the right to refuse the vaccine. We have a volunteer military; our soldiers are still citizens.
There's nothing "dishonorable" about not wanting to take an experimental vaccine that 50 years ago would have been halted immediately due to the damage it's done to people.
