Unless the Taliban hire outside help for training and maintenance of their newly acquired equipment, I don't actually see them being able to use or maintain the more complex systems like helicopters or aircraft. At least not on a large scale, because I'm sure there are US trained Afghan pilots and mechanics in their ranks. It wouldn't surprise me either if they just sold all of it wholesale to China, Russia, Iran etc.
The conventional arms on the other hand, rifles, machine guns, mortars etc they will make heavy use of. Probably sooner rather than later since they're allegedly closing in on what remains of the reformed Northern Alliance.

The battle is already raging, it's just not reported. They're using Blackhawks with their flags literally flying from them etc.
Also one Blackhawk just defected from Panjshir: https://twitter.com/bsarwary/status/1433121954018516993
