Well, the first thing is to stop spending multiples hours a day complaining to a bunch of strangers on the internet. Ignore the bullshit and improve your own life. Nothing has ever been accomplished by posting on a forum. Anyone who thinks otherwise is simply coping or exaggerating.
Exercise, learn a new skill, grow your own food, find a real woman who is not a total cunt (they exist), have children and raise them correctly, stop buying shitty products from shitting companies, for a single week stop going to mgtow.com or wherever you get your silly ideas from, change your diet, etc.
