I think you are exaggerating, but the disastrous Obama-era policies certainly were based on disparate impact.

You are right about one thing: the silver lining of the past week is that the ruling class is incredibly incompetent. Which means that the tyranny they aspire to, they will probably not be able to successfully mount.
