Ohisalo (greens -party) is proposing the budget increase for this but there is more items on that budget negotiations, namely greens party with mouth of Ohisalo have also claimed to walk out government should extremity green-movement laws not settled in; where this comes slight interest is internal elections within green party in sight soon after budget negotiations, and centric party thats also in government opposes these budget increases on whole...needles to say that quota increase has good changes to fall on its own, along side possibility of government breaking up
