They know they just don't want to cause a moral panic situation that would cause another capital riot. My advice to them is to keep her out of office replace her with someone else. but no, they decided to stick with it and not care about the moral or ethical conserns that would make them look stupid from other nations some nations already know how corrupt it is they can take whatever advantage you can get.
