I'm with you on this. It's supply and demand of a free market. You know except for the biden checks that fuck everything up. But businesses need employees and it's a seller's markert right now. My company just bumped everyone $15k a year more for retention.
The texts shown are absurd but if this is what you get at $16 an hour maybe it's time to list the job for $17 an hour. And then more until they find a qualified candidate. As my old manager used to say if you pay the minimum expect the minimum.
