Why?
They have to refund and their only option is to sell to someone else at a loss, because the eventual buyer does not value the customized features.
That's it? I thought there would be some weird policy where you can keep the product, or something.
Also, it's still not a loss, just a somewhat smaller profit, so I don't see it being that useful...
