How about a government mandate to be upfront about their discrimination policies. That would be great, tell whites that they are going to be discriminated against if they apply to x company.

Is a win win, the whites will get a job at a place that is not going to discriminate against them and the companies will have an easier time getting POC to fill in the spots.
